Remote support – With the power of the internet it is possible for a support agent to actually remotely connect to your computer who will safely and securely  do the (non hardware) repairs on your schedule. You can take control of the computer at any time and even stop the connection. This type of support does not leave your computer vulnerable to attack after it has been used.

On-site support – Choose this support if you need someone to physically come to your home or office. This option may be required if the internet is not working or other hardware issues are present. A travel fee will be assessed for travelling distances over 30 miles from Lexington.

Personal technology shopper service – Are you confused about what technology you need or what equipment is compatible with your existing setup? Someone from our team can come along with you to a store and assist with picking out equipment without high pressure sales and misinformation. We can also make suggestions for online purchases. The regular hourly rate applies, unless agreement is made ahead of time (computers, multimedia, and networking products only).
